INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.2-University to issue eligibility certificate and to approve the admission of the petitioner to three year LL.B Course for the relevant academic year; inter alia sought for direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to pursue the three year LL.B Course without insisting upon completion of PUC by the petitioner. 2. Saritha Kulkarni, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2-Univesity opposed the petition by submitting that the petitioner had got certificate from ITI Course, which is not equivalent to 10+2 pattern (Pre-University Certificate) and also the petitioner has not taken up language as a subject in ITI Course. Accordingly, she sought for dismissal of the petition. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the law declared by this Court in case of SHRI. SHAMASUNDAR vs. THE STATE OF KARNATAKA AND ANOTHER made in Writ Petition No.103653 of 2025 decided on 05th August, 2025, the respondent No.2-Univesity is directed issue eligibility certificate and to approve the admission of the petitioner to the three year LL.B Course.
