Application is filed seeking modification of the order dated 07.11.2025 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 39363 of 2025 to the extent whereby the name of the father of the petitioner no. 1 has been mentioned in the cause title as Late Mahesh Ray in place of Harendra Rai @ Harendra Kumar. Taking this Court through the order dated 17.01.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge- VII, Danapur, it is submitted that the father’s name has also been modified in the earlier order passed in Anticipatory Bail Petition No. 743/2025. 4. Learned Advocate for the State is present. 5. Considering the submissions advanced by learned Advocate for the respective parties, the order dated 07.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39363 of 2025 stands modified. The father’s name of the petitioner no. 1 be read as Harendra Rai @ Harendra Kumar in place of Late Mahesh Ray in the cause title of the aforenoted order. However, at the time of surrender and furnishing bail bond, the petitioner shall also produce his Aadhaar Card or any other document, to support the aforesaid contention that his father’s name is Harendra Rai @ Harendra Kumar. 6.
