In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the District Inspector of Schools for issuance of formal order of transfer in favour of the petitioner in the 2 subject school at the earliest, but positively by 7th March, 2026. 4.
