The present Interlocutory Application has been instituted by the Petitioner praying for permitting him to implead Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC), represented by its Principal Secretary at Diphu, District-Karbi Anglong, Assam, as Respondent No. 6, in the connected Writ Petition. It is projected by the Learned Counsel for the applicant that the Petitioner having served in the Autonomous Council, during the period, for which a claim for authorization of arrear salary, is made in the connected Writ Petition, the Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC), is a necessary and proper party in the connected Writ Petition. The said contentions raised by the Learned Counsel for the Page No.# 3/3 Petitioner, is not disputed by the Learned Counsel for the Respondents. In view of the above, the Petitioner is permitted to implead “Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC), represented by its Principal Secretary, Diphu, District- Karbi Anglong, Assam”, as Respondent No. 6, in the connected Writ Petition.
