Also heard Mr. B Sharma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State respondent. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/applicants in connection with Rupahihat Police Station Case No. 101 of 2026 u/s 329(3)/324(4)/303(2)/221/132/126(2)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023 read with Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984. 3. The learned APP submits that Charge Sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide Charge Sheet No. 191/2026 dated 16.07.2026. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the accused/applicant submits that he shall be given liberty to appear before the jurisdictional court for appropriate relief. 5. Taking into account the aforesaid submission, the instant AB application is disposed of with a liberty to the accused/applicants to approach the jurisdictional court for appropriate relief, if so advised. 6.
