It is submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case vide CS No. 40/26 dated 29.06.2026 in connection with Helem P.S. Case No. 30/2026 . 3. It is submitted that the O.C. Helem P.S. submitted a report that the petitioner had forged Aadhar Card showing his date of birth as 28.08.2026 whereas investigation reveals that the actual date of birth is 28.08.2011 as per the original Aadhar Card. Obviously, the petitioner has resorted this act to mislead the Magistrate thereby misleading the Court.. 4. Having regard to the same, the bail application stands dismissed on that count. 5.
