Issue writ of certiorari or any other suitable writ by quashing the impugned E- action sale notice dated 17.06.2025 issued by the respondent and the same are produced at Annexure-A and B and regularized the account of the petitioners. c. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the auction could not be held for want of bidders and hence the writ petition has become infructuous. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are seeking One Time Settlement. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the Bank seeking One Time Settlement and the respondent/Bank shall consider the same in accordance with law. ii.
