ORDER 25-02-2026 Heard Mr. P. K. Gogoi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. After hearing the petitioner at length, Mr. Gogoi, learned counsel submitted that there are some formal mistakes in the petition and accordingly he prayed for withdrawal of the same with liberty to file afresh, to which Mr. Borthakur, learned APP raised no objection. Prayer is allowed. Accordingly, this criminal petition stands disposed of on withdrawal. Liberty as prayed for, so granted.
