The petitioner is an accused in connection with Cyber Case No. 49 of 2025 arising out of Giridih (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025. The petitioner and another accused were apprehended by police as they were involved in cybercrime and incriminating articles were found in their possession. It appears that from the possession of the petitioner 04 mobiles were recovered. Learned counsel submits that no victim has come forward to lodge a complaint. It has further been submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 19.07.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II Cum Special Judge, Cyber Crime in connection with Cyber Case No. 49 of 2025 arising out of Giridih (Cyber) P.S.
