Having regard to the averments made in the application, which is duly supported by the affidavits of both the applicants and also taking into consideration the fact that the applicants have now attained the age of majority, as is evident from their Matriculation Certificates, appended with the application as Annexure A-2 (colly), wherein date of birth of applicant/respondent No. 2 Meenakshi has been mentioned as 29.05.2001 and date of birth of applicant/respondent No. 3 Bipanshu has been mentioned as 27.12.2004, the present application is allowed and natural guardianship of applicants/respondents No. 2 & 3 is ordered to be ….2…. discharged and they are permitted to pursue the case in their own capacity.
