ORDER Date : 22-07-2026 Heard Mr. H A Ahmed, the learned counsel appearing for the accused/applicant. Also heard Mr. B Sharma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State respondent.
2. This is an application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha
Page No.# 2/2 Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/applicant in connection with Howly Police Station Case No. 31 of 2026 u/s 331(4)/305/3(5) of the BNS, 2023.
3. The learned APP submits that Charge Sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide Charge Sheet No. 26/2026 dated 13.07.2026.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the accused/applicant submits that the accused/applicant has been granted interim pre-arrest bail on 08.04.2026 and he accordingly appeared before the Investigating Officer. Therefore, he should be allowed to appear before the jurisdictional court and till then the interim protection shall be extended.
5. Taking into account the aforesaid submission, the instant AB application is
disposed of with a liberty to the accused/applicants to approach the jurisdictional court for appropriate relief, if so advised.
6. Till then, it is provided that the interim pre-arrest bail, granted to the accused/applicants by this Court vide order dated 08.04.2026, shall remain extended for another 15 (fifteen) days from today and during that time the accused/applicants shall appear the jurisdictional court.
7. With the above observations, the matter stands disposed of.
