Tatiparthy Srinivasa Reddy, stated to be residing at_D.No. 4-128/1, as a member of the Petitioner's household under Household ID No. HH74792335661420210603031805174, despite the said person being neither related to the Petitioner nor a member of his family or household, as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and contrary to law, and consequently direct the Respondents to forthwith remove/un map the name of the said Tatiparthy Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, S/o. Tatiparthy Srinivasa Reddy, from the Petitioner's Household ID No. HH74792335661420210603031805174 and correct the corresponding household/family records, and further direct the Respondents to consider and process the Petitioner's application for issuance of an Income Certificate, without reckoning or attributing to the Petitioner's household the income, income-tax status or financial particulars of the said Tatiparthy Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, he being neither related to the Petitioner nor a member of his family or household, subject to verification of the Petitioner's actual household particulars and eligibility in accordance with law, and to take a reasoned decision on the said application and issue the Income Certificate, if the Petitioner is otherwise found eligible, expeditiously and preferably within a period of Three (3) days, having regard to the Petitioner's son's ongoing engineering admission and his requirement to avail himself of the applicable scholarship/fee reimbursement benefits IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased direct the respondents 2-5 to to direct the Respondents to consider and process the petitioner's application for issuance of an Income Certificate, without reckoning or attributing to the petitioner's household the income or income-tax status of Tatiparthy Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, S/o.
