Heard. 2. At the very outset, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners would submit that an appeal preferred under the provisions of Section 20(1) of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act ,1993 is pending consideration before the learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal since 14.10.2025. He would further submit that an application for stay and urgent hearing were filed and both were rejected vide order dated 29.01.2026. He would contend that the subject property has already been 3 auctioned, sale certificate has been issued and on 31.01.2026, possession has been handed over to auction purchaser. He would further contend that as appeal is pending before the Appellate Authority, a direction may be issued to conclude the proceeding at the earliest. 3. No objection from other side. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. Taking into consideration the submissions made by Mr. Paranjpe, this petition, at this juncture, is disposed of with a direction to learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal to make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of Appeal No.2157 of 2025 at the earliest preferably within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
