Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the Writ Petition, the petitioner paid the entire amount as demanded by the respondents. Since, the entire amount was cleared, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents also categorically stated that the respondents are not taking any steps on the guise of non- payment of any amount pursuant to the demand notice dated 07.06.2014 and no dues are pending at the end of the petitioner. 4. Recording the submission made by both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
