Ganjhu, Advocate ---- 2/22.01.2026 Heard learned counsels for petitioners and for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Hariharganj PS. Case No.134 of 2025, for offence registered under section 303(2) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that that altercation between the petitioners and the informant took place on 7.11.2025 and on the very next day, the present case has been lodged alleging of stealing of battery and stepney of Tempo and Pick Up Van. He also submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.11 of the petition. He next submits that in 2026:JHHC:1747 2 the order of the learned Sessions Judge, it has come that the CCTV footage has not been examined as yet. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the allegation of stealing of the aforesaid articles has come in the FIR. 5. Considering that the altercation took place on 7.11.2025 between the petitioners and the informant, and in that view of the matter, the petitioners are hereby directed to appear before the learned concerned court within two weeks from today, and the learned concerned court shall release both the petitioners, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as the sureties as the learned concerned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
