Since identical issue is involved in these writ petitions, they are being heard together and decided by this common order. 2. By way of these petitions, the petitioners are challenging the impugned memo dated 21.7.2023 (Annexure P/1), whereby the petitioners have been served with a charge sheet. 3. Heard on the applications (IA No.1/2026 in both the petitions) for disposal of these petitions in view of the subsequent order dated 23.1.2026 passed by the District Education Officer, Bemetara. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the subsequent order dated 23.1.2026 (Document-A) passed by the 3 District Education Officer, Bemetara, the Departmental Enquiry has been closed. He submits that the grievance raised by the petitioners has been redressed. 5. The applications are not opposed by the other side. 7. In that view of the matter, in the opinion of this Court, nothing survives for adjudication in the matter. 8.
