By way of the present application, the applicant has prayed to release him on temporary bail on the ground of his own medical treatment. However, the jail remarks reveal that, when the applicant was earlier released on temporary bail for a period of 10 days, he remained absconding for 1291 days and was ultimately apprehended by the police on 30.01.2026. 3. In that background, the application does not deserve to be entertained. However, the jail authority is directed to provide the necessary medical treatment to the present applicant on an urgent basis. 4. With the aforesaid direction, the present application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged. (M. K.
