The grievance of the petitioner is that when the petitioner approached the respondent - Tahsildar to enter in column No.11, the order of temporary injunction granted by the learned IV Addl. Senior Civil Judge, Bangalore Rural District in O.S.No.1456/2017, the Tahsildar has issued the impugned endorsement at Annexure-A stating that only orders passed by the revenue authority can be entered in column No.11 and not orders passed by the court. This court in the case of Smt. Shantamma @Channamma .v. State of Karnataka and others in W.P.No.28055/2025, by order dated 26.09.2025, has noticed the communication dated 11.03.2025 made by the Revenue Commissioner, Bengaluru to all the Deputy Commissioners and Assistant Commissioners to bring their notice to order passed by - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12517 WP No. 23314 of 2025 this court in W.P.No.10943/2020 to enable entry of such orders passed by the civil courts in column No.11. 3. In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent – Tahsildar to proceed to enter in column No.11, the order dated 25.09.2024 in O.S.No.1456/2017 passed by the learned IV Addl. Senior Civil Judge, Bangalore Rural District. The entries shall be made as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
