In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) For direction upon the respondent concerned for payment of full pension to the petitioner with interest as well as arrear of pension arising out of differences on fixation on provision pension as the petitioner has retired on 30.11.2013 and after his retirement his pension has been fixed provisionally at Rs. 6340/- but till date no final pension has been fixed. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that suffice it would be, if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if the petitioner files a detailed fresh representation before the respondent no. 2-the Commissioner cum Secretary, Department 2026:JHHC:2943 2 of Excise and Prohibition, his case will be considered. 5. Considering the submission of the parties, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 2- the Commissioner cum Secretary, Department of Excise and Prohibition who will consider the case of the petitioner. 6. The representation should be filed within four weeks and the decision should be taken within six weeks thereafter. 7. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any monetary benefits the same should be extended to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter. If the claim of the petitioner is rejected for any reasons whatsoever the reasons should be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 8.
