The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the orders passed by this Court have been complied with by the respondent authorities by passing speaking orders dated 22.12.2025, rejecting the claim of the petitioner for absorption against the vacant unaided post. It is submitted that the petitioner would have to challenge the said proceedings, if so advised, as the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.2444 of 2013, dated 17.10.2024, have been complied with. This Court had directed the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1153 of 2023 and batch. 2. The orders passed by this Court have been duly complied with by the respondent authorities and, as such, no further orders are necessary in this Contempt Case. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel and the speaking orders passed by the respondent authorities on 22.12.2025, nothing further survives for consideration in this Contempt Case. 4. Recording the same, the present Contempt Case is closed. It is left open to the petitioner to challenge the speaking orders passed by the respondent authorities, if so aggrieved. There shall be no order as to costs.
