JUDGMENT: (per Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri G. Narendar)
The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :- 1

“(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of quo- warranto against the respondent No. 4 and for his consequent removal from the post of Chairman, Bhartiya Chikitsha Parishad, Uttarakhand. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari calling for records and quashing the impugned office order dated 01.04.2025 and impugned office order dated 18.11.2025 (annexed as Annexure Nos. 10 & 11 to this writ petition). (iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent No. 1 and respondent No. 2 to take further action against the respondent No. 3. (iv) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent No. 1 and 2 to decide the representation dated 15.05.2025 submitted by the petitioner (annexed as Annexure No. 9 to this writ petition).”

In one of the reliefs, i.e. prayer No. (iv), petitioner has sought for
consideration of his representation dated 15.05.2025 (Annexure-9 to the writ petition). 3)
In that view, we are of the opinion that the instant writ petition can be disposed of by directing respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 15.05.2025 (Annexure-9 to the writ petition) as expeditiously as possible at any rate within an 2

Copy of this order be forwarded to the respondents by way of E-mail. 5)
Petitioner is granted liberty to submit a representation to the concerned competent authority. 6)
