The instant anticipatory bail application under Section 482 B.N.S.S has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with FIR No. 388/2025, registered at Police Station Keshorai Patan, District Bundi for the offences punishable under Sections 189(2), 115(2), 126(2), 119(2), 333, 117(2), 351(3), 352, 324(2) and 49 BNS. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation of committing extortion against the petitioner and the only allegation levelled against him was that he inflicted an injury upon a non-vital part of the body, i.e. the forearm of the injured- Dharmendra. Counsel submits that the injured has not sustained any grievous injury on any vital part of the body. Counsel submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required, therefore, indulgence of anticipatory bail be granted to the peti- tioner. (2 of 2) [CRLMB-2416/2026] 3. Learned Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the im- pugned order passed by the learned trial Court. 5 Considering the arguments put forward by counsel for the petitioner and looking to the fact that the injured-Dharmendra has sustained only one injury on his fore-arm and the same was not found to be grievous in nature and the injured has not sustained any injury on vital part of the body and looking to the fact that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required, thus, this Court is of the opinion to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner under Section 482 B.N.S.S. 6. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of petitioner Pradeep S/o Ramswa- roop in connection with FIR No. 388/2025, Police Station Keshorai Patan, Bundi, the petitioner shall be released on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- along with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the con- cerned Investigating Officer/S.H.O. on the following conditions :- (i). that the petitioner/s shall make himself/herself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required (ii). that the petitioner/s shall not directly or indi- rectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer; and (iii). that the petitioner/s shall not leave India with- out previous permission of the court.
