Thus, she submits that the order dated February 25, 2026 has been complied with. As to this, Mr. Jagpaul Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the money is yet to be disbursed to the petitioner, the Collector Land Acquisition, Ramban be directed to carry out necessary formalities so that the requisite amount is released to the petitioner. That being so, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Collector Land Acquisition, Ramban to take cognizance of the matter and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, in this regard at the earliest.
