The present application is filed by the Applicant through jail for enlarging him on Parole leave on the ground of payment of fine in respect of his nephew. 2. Considering the reasons as well as the jail remarks it would indicate that the present applicant has been released from time to time and very recently from 26.4.2026 to 16.5.2026. The present applicant was enlarged on parole leave and lastly for the purpose of treatment of his own brother, wherein also the present applicant had also surrendered late by a day. Considering the above aspect and the fact that the applicant had surrendered only on 16.5.2026, I do not see any reason to grant parole once again within a span of 15 days. 3.
