Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1. Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record in respect of case of petitioner. Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent authority to pay the salary to the petitioner for the month of March, 2025 to 10/02/2026 date with 18% interest. 10.3. Any other relief may also be granted to the petitioner, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 10.4. That the cost of the petition be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is working as Driver with the respondent No.2, however he has not been given salary for the month of March, 2025 to 10th Feb., 2026. The petitioner has earlier submitted representation before the concerned authority and thereafter he has again submitted detailed representation on 30th Jan., 2026, however the said representation has not been considered and decided till date. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and only seeking a direction to consider and take decision on the representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer made. 4. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for parties, the nature of grievance raised in this writ petition, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting petitioners to submit fresh comprehensive representation along with all supporting documents before respondent No.2 and if such representation is submitted, the respondent No.2 shall consider and take decision on the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within 3 further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 5.
