Admittedly, there is an appellate remedy available to the petitioner, if aggrieved by the impugned order dated 11.09.2025 before the second respondent. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit that the petitioner is willing to exercise the appellate remedy available before the second respondent. 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 4 to 7, notice to the respondents 4 to 7 is dispensed with by this Court. 5.
