Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Court within time as the petitioner was ill and in support thereof, he refers to Annexure-2 of the petition, which are the medical prescriptions. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that anticipatory bail has already been provided to the petitioner in spite of that the petitioner has not surrendered before the learned Court within time. 4. Considering that the anticipatory bail was already provided, however, the petitioner has not been able to surrender within the stipulated time as submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, further two weeks’ time from today is extended to surrender in terms of the Order dated 15.05.2024 passed in A.B.A. No.2331 of 2024. 5. Order dated 15.05.2024 passed in A.B.A. No.2331 of 2024 is modified to the above extent. Rest part of the order is kept intact. 6. This petition is disposed of. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.)
