Mr. A. K. Purkayastha, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner, after attempting to argue the matter at some length, in view of the order dated 16.12.2022, passed by the Court of learned Munsiff No.1, Tinsukia, in Misc.(J) Case No.35/2021 (N) (arising out of Title Suit No.71/2021)(N), instituted by the respondent no.5, herein, has prayed that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court to raise his grievances. Prayer is not objected to by Mr. A. Bhattacharya, learned Standing Counsel, Revenue & Disaster Management Department, and Ms. M. Barman, learned Government Advocate.
