Mr. Biswarup Biswas, learned Advocate for the petitioners referring to the documents being Annexure-P2 at pages 24 to 27 to the contempt application submits that, though the order was duly served upon the alleged contemnor and despite repeated reminders, the direction of this Court dated November 4, 2024 has not been complied with. Mr. Suddhadev Adak, learned Advocate appears for the alleged contemnor. In view of the above, there shall be a Rule to be issued upon the alleged contemnor.
