Considering the fact that the Bank is situated at Hubli and that the properties in question are also situated within the jurisdiction of the Bench at Dharwad, the writ petition before this Court is not maintainable. The office objections are sustained. 3. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following; ORDER i.
