Heard Sri K. Rama Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J. Krishna Praneeth, learned Government Pleader in the office of the learned Advocate General for the respondents. 2.
Pursuant to the order, dated 15.09.2026, the alleged detenue namely Smt. Dulla Bhavani, the mother of the petitioner has been produced before this Court by the 5th respondent. The petitioner (son of the alleged detenue) is also present with his learned counsel. She has been identified. 3. From the queries made by the Court in the regional language, the alleged detenue submits that she is her own, voluntarily living with the daughter namely Smt. Palakayala Lakshmi is also present. She further submits that she is not willing to go with the petitioner. 4. Recording the same, this writ petition for Habeas Corpus is dismissed. No order as to costs.
