Mr. Vinod Kumar Gupta, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record copy of an internal office letter dated 01.06.2026 and on that basis submits that all retiral benefits due & admissible to the petitioner have since been released, save & except the interest component on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits. Yes 2 submits that interest liability shall also be discharged by the respondents within three weeks from today, i.e. by or before 25.06.2026. In view of above submissions, this execution petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to abide by the aforesaid assurance given by their learned counsel and release the interest amount admissible to the petitioner by or before 25.06.2026.
