1. This petition has been filed for the following relief:
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 26.09.2025 passed by Respondent No.3, Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Kerakat, District Jaunpur in Case No. RST/2885/2025, Computerized Case No. T202514360502885 (Bhullan Vs. Gram Sabha & Others) under Section 209 (J) of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2005 (b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of ad-interim mandamus, commanding and directing the authority concern could not interfere with the peaceful possession in land-in-question and enjoyment of the petitioner in any way."
2. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that order impugned is appealable under Section 24(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
3. In view of above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the law.
5. Office is directed to return the certified copies of the documents annexed with the petition to learned counsel for the petitioner after Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Dinesh Kumar Yadav, Kamlesh Kumar Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, C.S.C.
