This MCC has been registered on the basis of a PUD received from Hon’ble Mr. Justice N.K.Agrawal, former Judge of this High Court, who was appointed as the Sole Arbitrator in ARBR No. 17/2025 vide order dated 06.10.2025, informing that he intends to recuse from the said proceedings on PREETI KUMARI Digitally signed by PREETI KUMARI Date: 2026.02.04 20:24:21 +0530 2 the ground that one of the counsel appearing for respondent was his junior, when he Mr. Justice Agrawal was practicing as an Advocate. 3. In view of the above, with the joint consensus of learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Court deems it appropriate to appoint Hon’ble Mr. Justice Dhirendra Mishra, a retired Judge of this High Court, in place of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Agrawal, to be the Sole Arbitrator for resolving the dispute between the parties. 4. Accordingly, this MCC stands disposed of. 5.
