The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barhi (Padma) P.S. Case No.525 of 2023, for offence registered under section 395 of IOPC, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement and nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and false allegations are made of snatching Rs.8,000/- and mobile. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the petitioner is having two criminal antecedents of identical nature and the petitioner is named in the FIR and the petitioner is the conspirator of the said offence. 5. Considering that the petitioner is having two criminal antecedent of identical nature and the name of the petitioner is also named in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6.
