This Civil Revision Case (for short “C.R.P”) is directed against the order in I.A.No.1267 of 2019 in I.A.No.571 of 2013 in O.S.No.290 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ongole, Prakasam District. 2. I.A.No. 1267 of 2019 was filed under Order XXVI, Rule 9 of the Civil Procedure Code seeking to re-direct the Advocate – Commissioner to measure the property of petitioner and respondent, adjacent west of petitioner’s property with the assistance of Divisional Surveyor. Said application was allowed. 3. Questioning the said order, the present C.R.P., has been preferred. 4. The case status information discloses that the suit in O.S.No. 290 of 2013 has already been dismissed on 27.04.2026. Therefore, no cause survives. 5. No representation from either side. 6.
