The petitioner is an accused in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No. 299/2025. It has been alleged that some unknown persons had committed theft of the motorcycle of the informant. The stolen motorcycle was subsequently recovered from the garage of the petitioner. Although it has been submitted by learned A.P.P. that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, but regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2025, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro in connection with Balidih P.S.
