Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.310 of 2020 of Coringa Police Station, East Godavari District as “False” vide C.No.735/PRO/SDPO-K/2021 dated 22.11.2021 issued by the concerned authority. 3. Copy of proceedings in C.No.735/PRO/SDPO-K/2021 dated 22.11.2021 issued by the concerned authority is made part of the record. 4.
