ORAL ORDER
1. Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2. Sri. Shivashankar Y.D., learned counsel is directed to accept notice for respondent No.4.
3. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: (a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing the Government
Order dated 10.04.2000 bearing No. Na.E.66:HAS.99

(Annexure-F), insofar as it relates to the Petitioner and the Schedule Property;
(b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 4th Respondent to effect the E-Khatha in respect of the Schedule Property in favour of the Petitioner, based on the Sale Deed dated 20.07.2004 Annexure-C 44and endorsement bearing No.
PUKAMA/KOSHA/SIR/86/2025-26, dated 26.09.2025 Annexure-E
(c) Pass such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.4 submit that the lis in the above matter has been decided by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide its order dated 20.03.2024 in W.P.No.15943/2022 and other connected matters. He submits that similar orders could be passed in the present matter.
5. Hence, I proceed to pass the following:
ORDER i) Writ petition is allowed. ii) The impugned order dated 10.04.2000 bearing No.Na.E:66:HAS.99 passed by respondent No.1 (Annexure-F), is quashed.

iii) Respondent No.4 is directed to restore the Khata in favour of the petitioner for their respective properties and also issue E-Khata. iv) It is observed that the restoration and issuance of E- Khata would be subject to outcome of the proceedings of the respondent No.1 can initiate within a reasonable period of time.
