Learned counsel for the applicant submits that earlier he has preferred a petition which has been disposed of vide order dated 06.08.2025 with a direction to the applicant/complainant to prefer an appeal against the judgment dated 30.04.2025 before the concerned Sessions Judge within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of that order. However, the applicant/complainant has failed to file the appeal within the given time and, therefore, prays for some more time to file an appeal before the concerned Sessions Judge.
