The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the Accused had taken away the bundle long back with no objection. 2. The learned Standing Counsel submits that a memo has been filed stating that the accused, namely Anaparthi Venkataramana, died on 24.12.2021. 3. It is further submitted that, as the death is not brought to the notice of this Court. On 31.08.2026, this Court issued Non-Bailable Warrant against the accused to secure his presence for hearing the old appeal. In view of the death of the sole accused on 24.12.2021, therefore, the appeal stands abated. 4. Recording the death of the Accused, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
