Learned counsel for petitioners submits that issue with regard to employees of Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) and their status is pending consideration in another writ petition bearing WPS No.3288/2025. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 and 4 would submit that salary of employees like petitioners is being paid from the funds sanctioned by respondent No.2. Vide office order dated 6.11.2024, respondent No.2 had issued direction that salary for the purpose of study leave be not paid to the employees from the funds sanctioned/granted by respondent No.2. 3. Considering that the issue with respect to status of employees like petitioners is pending consideration in a batch of writ petitions, lead case being WPS No.3288/2025, this Court finds it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition at this stage reserving liberty with the petitioners to repeat their prayer at appropriate stage or after disposal of pending writ petitions. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioners to repeat their prayer at appropriate stage or after disposal of writ petitions pending consideration, if their grievance still subsists.
