ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Battu Devanand)
During the course of hearing of this case today, Ms. V. Dyumani,
learned counsel for the respondent Bank, would submit that in view of the subsequent developments happened during the pendency of the writ petition that the loan account is closed after clearing the entire dues by the petitioners, no cause survives in the present writ petition.
2) Placing the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent bank on record.
3) Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
4) There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
