She submits that a copy of the said order has already been communicated to the petitioner and the same has also been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner today in Court. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing substantive survives in the petition and the same be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
