02 /10.03.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 111(2)(b), 317(2), 317(4), 317(5), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Section 66(B) (C) (D) of Information Technology Act and Section 42(3) (e) of Telecommunication Act.
2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order.
3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2025.
5. There is an allegation against this petitioner that he used to commit fraud by using mobile phones. The mobile phones and SIM cards were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The SIM Cards are found to be obtained in the name of different persons, which were used for committing the crime. He and others are involved in cyber-crime, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime PS Case No. 76 of 2025,

pending in the Court of learned Special Judge Cyber Crime, Jamtara stands rejected.
7. The instant bail application is dismissed.
8. The petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for grant of bail, after framing of the charge.
