Mr.Pushpinder Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of respondents. By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “i). Issue a writ of certiorari quashing any orders/ communications intended to retire the Petitioner on 31.03.2026 at the age of 58 years. ii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to allow the Petitioner to continue in service until 31.03.2028, i.e., until she attains the age of 60 years.” 2. In light of the fact that the issue raised by the petitioner in this petition is pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, as agreed, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall abide by the final judgment passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Satya Devi’s case.
