The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sidhgora P.S. Case No. 117 of 2025. 3. It has been alleged that the sister of the informant had committed suicide due to the torture meted out by the petitioner and her in-laws. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that though the marriage was solemnized in the year 2017 but all these years no complaint has been made anywhere with respect to the conduct of the petitioner. 5. Learned Counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2025 and the cause of death has been opined to be asphyxia due to hanging. 6. Learned A.P.P. as well as the learned Counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7. Learned Counsel for the informant has vehemently submitted that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and specific allegation ( 2026:JHHC:9039 ) has been levelled against the petitioner of committing torture upon the deceased which led her to commit suicide. 8. Regard being had to the fact that no injuries were found on the person of the deceased as submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that even after marriage no complaint has been made anywhere with respect to the purported torture committed by the petitioner upon the deceased as alleged, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Sidhgora P.S.
