This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 and 484 of the BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as the petitioners are in custody for allegedly committing offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 420, 467, 468, 473 and 474 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Dhurki P.S. Case No. 104 of 2023. 4. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. It is alleged that the petitioners on the basis of some forged documents transferred some lands in their names. 6. It is submitted that the petitioners are female and the charge-sheet has been submitted against these petitioners. 7. Considering the fact that the petitioners are female and they are languishing in custody since 27.11.2025, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nagar Untari, Garhwa, in 2026:JHHC:5526 2 connection with Dhurki P.S.
