No. 9967 of 2011 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short, “APAT”), directing the respondents to pay the pension amount. 2. Sri Bhaskara Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri P. Raghavendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through virtual mode, submits that the petitioner retired in the year 2024 and that, pursuant to the orders dated 07.09.2026 and 15.09.2026, as well as the previous orders, the pension amount has been released into the account of the petitioner. 3. Sri S.Bala Mohana Rao, learned Government Pleader for Services- IV appearing for respondent Nos.1 & 3 also confirms the release of the pension amount into the account of the petitioner. 4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
