Kawardha vide order dated 25.9.2021 (Annexure P/2). She further submits that earlier also, a representation was made by petitioner on 29.12.2016 but no heed was paid. She prays to allow this petition. 2) On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that petitioner filed this petition in year 2022 and at that point of time his age was 60 years, thus at present, he must have surpassed the age of superannuation, therefore petitioner is not entitled for any relief. 3) Heard. 4) Taking into consideration the fact that petitioner has already attained the age of superannuation in the year 2024, thus in my opinion, nothing survives for adjudication.
